Phase 2
Transfer of Knowledge
Based on the results of your Discovery Phase you will get recommendations from your coach to either improve or solve any immediate or urgent challenge and apply the new knowledge towards your company’s goals. The coach will direct, guide, and assist you throughout the phases of the project.

Strategy
The next step after the Discovery Phase is to design a cost effective strategy with achievable goals with measurable results. The Coach will create a blueprint of all the digital assets and processes that are going to be needed, and strategically align them to fit your particular needs.
