This workshop will teach you the necessary digital skills for using Google’s products. It is a great to improve your productivity. Whether you are a teacher, student or business owner, everyone will gain valuable knowledge.
To get the most out of this workshop, it is recommended that you open a Google account.
At the digital skills for everyday tasks workshop, you will learn the following:
- How to open a Google account
- How to start the Google App.
- How to create a to-do-list with Google Sheets.
- Create an agenda with Google Docs.
You will also learn additional uses of Google applications, like:
- Sheets
- Docs
- Slides
- Photos
- Chrome
- Gmail
The purpose of this workshop is to show you how easy it is to use Google in your everyday life, receiving simple tips from a professional like our Coach, Vicente Pimienta.
Once you learn the To-Do-List, such as placing the date, columns, color to differentiate the activities, change the style of the letters, the size, you will be able to see how easy it is to manage your projects.
How to create meetings notes by use a Docs template, how to update, change, etc.
They will also learn to explore other apps like:
Forms to create surveys.
Calendar to create appointments and meetings.
Hangouts to video conference with people.
Sites to create your own websites or work portfolio.
Slides to make presentations.
